It's a private party but it's a good tester for me and it's paid. I was cleaning the place out today after months of disuse and came across 5 nearly full bottles of spirits still with their pouring spouts on and absolutely chock full of black fly carcasses. They were left over from a full-on stag do months ago, complete with fat stripper. I guess it's the sugar that they like. (Flies, not strippers - tho in this case perhaps both).

Interestingy the rum was the preferred choice by far.

The whole lot had to be poured down the drain - all for the sake of not wrapping the tips in cling film at the end of the shift.

Despite having had an alcohol licence for many years this is my first foray behind the bar - what could possibly go wrong?
