If you are training for an event or just enjoy the challenge of the open water sea swimming, then this is for you.

EVERY Sunday join a great group of swimmers. The group are a fun friendly bunch with a wide range of ages and abilities, some channel swimmers others more paddlers. Swim in skins or full wetsuits.

The Sunday sessions run from 9.15-10.30am, most people turn up at 9.15 to swim for 9.30, bring a warmer set of clothes to change into and a coffee ☕️ and cake to chat & warm up afterwards.

We meet at the lifeguard station in front of the lift at the bottom of Fisherman's Walk Zigzag.

Water temperature is now a mild 17+ degrees and clear, perfect time to get in.

I usually do 4-5 groynes 30 mins swim in skins.
