The forecast is 24 C at 4pm courtesy of a gentle southerly (we will be sheltered by the Sandbanks Peninsula from that anyway but it keeps things warm).

The sun sets at 20:50 (it'll be a waxing gibbous moon of course but you knew that) and high tide is 20:18 - so its perfect for a moonlight SUP

So far so excellent - the new plan (the old one was to have a BBQ) is to head out from Kite Beach around half six and stay out there until dusk (so that's possibly Brownsea and back), then beers and food on the beach after.

We'll have a BBQ when we have a larger party.

If the weather shifts (and let's face it its been doing that lot recently) then I'll reschedule for the Saturday or the Sunday depending on forecast
