Yesterday was Boscombe and back (around 8 miles) - no blisters so today I'll go for the Full Monty - either up to the top of the Cliffs or to the end of the prom depending on how I feel.
End to end the prom is 11.2km (7 miles) plus the climb up to Hengistbury is a further 2.5km (1.5 miles) each way so thats 14-17 miles, should take aroudn 5 hours.I'll set off from Jazzie's around 11am - no fixed schedule as I like to stop and chat to beach people as that's legal again
Those en-route can arange to meet me as I come by - no kids ofc but dogs welcome
