Open day at the Yoga Lounge in Boscombe

Sooner or later we were gonna have it face up to it - the water has gotten cold.
I'd sooner not lose the fitness after a beach summer so I've been casting around for a winter thing - and believe it or not I may give Bikram Yoga a shot.
Why? Because its not freezing bloody cold in there - after that - how bad can it be?
(Also I read this article in the Guardian - made me think.
My first First stop is The Yoga Lounge in Boscombe as they have a good package for novices - Open Day on the 10th November and 15 sessions of any type for £30
The site is full of useful detail such as where to park, what to bring, what to eat and drink and what to wear.
Also its on the M2 bus route so a 'pious pint' after is a given ;o)
