It's been an incredible year.
So many talking heads on TV paid to project fear and spread concern (Pugh, Pugh, Barney McGrew, Kavanaugh, Brexit Trump) yet the truth is its been the best (and longest) summer of my life.
Warm clear waters, good friends and a vast array of ways to enjoy this incredible coastline and ocean, my NYE resolution is already set at "don't get complacent" - it would be such a crime not to get out there.
To celebrate, BeachPeople are heading to Canvas Loft Bar straight after dinner locally for their Greatest Showman Party - open from 8pm until 4am, tickets £20
