Can't see a ban on non-locals being well-received by the hotel/B&B owners who are just about to get back up and running.

There is a pinch point at the base of Sandbanks Peninsula just after Chaddersly Glen. They know exactly how many car parking slots they have from that point onward so they could instigate a one in one out - trouble is people will simply say they are going to the ferry

Perhaps a second wave will trigger a county by county lockdown making it illegal to drive out of your county. And if there is no second wave after the rammed scenes at Bournemouth then by bother with lockdown in the first place?
