Huge reductions on tents right now at GoOutdoors (you will need a discount card that costs a fiver)
This Anteus is excellent - easy to erect and warm and dry and a lovely place to be on a rainy day as it's bright inside (I know because it's my tent)
£460 reduced to £289 makes it a bargain
